WE MAKE THIS PROCESS AS SIMPLE AS POSSIBLE, VISIT THE "GET MY MONTHLY COST" PAGE AND FILL OUT OUR SHORT QUESTIONNAIRE, WE WILL HAVE YOUR PROPERTY'S MONTHLY COST SENT TO YOUR PROFESSIONAL EMAIL IN AS LITTLE AS 4 HOURS.

MY PROPERTIES BUDGET IS TOO LOW TO AFFORD YOUR SERVICES, ARE THERE ANY OTHER OPTIONS? 

OUR GOAL ISN'T TO FIND YOUR BUDGET, AND GET YOU TO SPEND EVERY DOLLAR IN IT. IF YOUR BUDGET DOESN'T MEET OUR COST, WE CAN CREATE A CUSTOM PATROL PLAN THAT WILL STILL BENEFIT YOUR PROPERTY. WE DO NOT OFFER COST ADJUSTMENTS FOR OUR ON-SITE GUARDS.

ALL CONTRACTS ARE LIKE AN OPEN RELATIONSHIP, WE JUST NEED AN EMAILED 30 DAY NOTICE IF WE'VE FULFILLED YOUR NEEDS AND YOU NO LONGER REQUIRE OUR SERVICES.

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A SALES TEAM?

SALESMEN HAVE ONE JOB AND ARE OFTEN HIRED ON A COMMISSION ONLY BASIS. THIS MEANS THEY WILL PROMISE THE WORLD TO CLOSE A DEAL AND GET PAID. THIS LEADS TO UNSATISFIED CLIENTS NOT GETTING WHAT THEY BELIEVE THEY ARE PAYING FOR. 

 

WE DON'T HAVE A SALES TEAM AND NEVER WILL. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET. OUR TEAM WILL OFTEN GO THE EXTRA MILE, BUT WE WILL NEVER PROMISE THE UNREACHABLE.

WE DO NOT, BUT REST ASSURE THAT IN 2023, WE WILL BE PUTTING TOGETHER A BUDGET FOR JUST THAT! WE ARE HOME GROWN AND WILL BE OFFERING SPONSORSHIPS TO THOSE IN ANAHEIM.

WHAT DOES YOUR INSURANCE COVER? 

WE LIKE TO SAY "THERES NO CLIENT WE CANT SERVICE" OUR INSURANCE POLICY COVERS ANYTHING FROM SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITIES TO SECTION 8 PROJECTS FOR BOTH AREMED AND UNARMED GUARDS.

DO YOU CALL THE POLICE? THEY NEVER SHOW UP WHEN I CALL!

WE TAKE A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO THIS QUESTION, ALTHOUGH WE ARE JUST SECURITY, THERE ARE A LOT OF ISSUES THAT CAN BE TAKEN CARE OF BY US. IF THERE IS A SITUATION THAT IS ESCALATING; OUR MAIN OBJECTIVE IS TO RELAY CRITICAL AND FACTUAL INFORMATION TO 911 WHILE MAKING SURE ALL PARTIES ARE SAFE.

WHAT CALLS DO YOU RESPOND TO? 

SINCE THE INCREASE IN VIOLENT CRIMES AGAINST LAW ENFORCEMENT, WE NO LONGER RESPOND TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OR FIGHT CALLS. IF A RESIDENT REPORTS ANYTHING ALIKE, THEY WILL BE DIRECTED TO HANG UP AND CALL 911.

DO YOU OPERATE 24/7?

WE DO OFFER 24 HOUR ON-SITE GUARDS, BUT PATROL SERVICE IS NOT YET. TO PROTECT THE SAFETY OF OUR CLIENTS, WE CAN NOT DISCLOSE THE TIME OF OPERATION WITHIN OUR PATROL DIVISION, HOWEVER IT IS CLOSE TO 24/7.
